The deposit must be made no later than 3 working days from the date of placing your order. The shipping time of your order starts from the day the amount is cleared in our account.
Our store cooperates with Courier for order deliveries.

Illusea is a Greek based company.Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your country’s government website for more information.
If the package is declined the import and re-shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
Shipping charges
Shipping costs are calculated and mentioned separately before the completion of the order.
For purchases in Greece of €100 and more, there is no shipping cost.
For purchases in Europe of €200 and more, there is no shipping cost.
For purchases outside Europe of €300 and more, there is no shipping cost.
