Right of Withdrawal
You have the possibility to exchange or return products you have purchased online from our e-shop. This possibility requires that the products you return reach us in the original condition in which you received them (in packaging that will protect them from damage), that they do not bear any indication of having been used, that the sales document is included, and that the exchange is completed within a period of 14 days.

For the return to be accepted, it must be inspected and approved in accordance with the above.

You can return the products by sending them back (at your own expense). As soon as we receive them and confirm their good condition, we will send you the products you wish to replace the original ones with or, if you prefer, we will offset the value in your next order.

In case of a new shipment after the exchange, there is normally a shipping charge.

Received the Wrong Product
In the event of our error, the return is accepted if you notify us within a period not exceeding 3 working days. We fully undertake the replacement of the incorrect product with the correct one at our own expense for return and reshipment.
